Terms of Service

The service

Ativra is a macOS app for recording meetings, creating transcripts and notes, and working with connected calendar, email, cloud, and AI services. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Ativra in accordance with these terms.

Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for your account and for activity performed through it. You may use Google Sign-In, connect Google Calendar, or connect a company-hosted Exchange Server. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and you can revoke a connection at any time. Ativra does not currently connect to Gmail.

Your content and recordings

You keep ownership of content you create or import. You give us only the rights needed to process that content and provide the features you request.

You are responsible for having the legal right to record, upload, import, or process content and for obtaining any required consent from meeting participants. Do not use Ativra to infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Ativra, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, evade usage limits, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or use it for unlawful or harmful activity.

AI output

Transcripts, summaries, answers, and other AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important output before relying on it. Ativra is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or misuse prevention. You may stop using Ativra or delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ativra is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Happy AI Tech, LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of Ativra. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms and will update the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
